Is RoamerWave a wallet, bank or payment processor?
No. RoamerWave is not the merchant of record, a wallet, a bank or a processor, and it does not hold customer funds. Licensed providers approve merchants, execute payments, hold funds and control settlement.
How do recurring collections work?
A customer agrees to your recurring service and sets up an available payment method. RoamerWave creates each billing-cycle invoice and automatically sends its payment link. Scheduled reminders support unpaid renewals within your agreed policy and stop after confirmed payment. Collection and approval follow the payment route enabled for your business. In the journey shown here, the customer opens a payment link and approves in their wallet. RoamerWave never collects a wallet PIN.
Which wallets can customers pay with?
Customers can use the wallets enabled for your business by your payment provider. Tell us where your customers are and we’ll confirm the available options.
What happens when a payment times out or has no immediate answer?
You see that the result is still unknown. RoamerWave keeps the original attempt and checks the provider’s status where available before reporting an outcome. Your team can investigate without asking the customer to pay again while the result is unclear.
How do you keep payment, reconciliation and settlement separate?
Payment confirmation tells you the provider reported a successful payment. Reconciliation tells you the payment records have been matched. Settlement tells you the provider has reported the funds settled. Each has its own evidence, so you can see what is complete and what still needs attention.
How is RoamerWave priced?
Your agreed rate is based on value successfully collected through RoamerWave-managed invoices. Terms are agreed before activation. Licensed payment providers process and settle the funds; RoamerWave does not hold your customers’ money.
